Shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process before final confirmation.

Shapeology reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the case of a dispute, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Important: For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
